Windsor-Essex market report

Windsor-Essex recorded 470 residential sales in July 2026, down about 13% from a year earlier, while the average residential sale price eased 7.0% to $546,739. The median price held up better, down 3.9% to $509,500. New listings pulled back 9.2% to 1,228, a quieter mid-summer than 2025. Year-to-date, the average price sits at $555,989, down 3.3% from the same point last year.
