Windsor-Essex recorded 237 residential sales in February 2026, down close to 28% from a year earlier, with new residential listings up 2% to 764. The average residential sale price came in at $541,588 (−3.8% year-over-year), while the median sale price slipped to $515,000. Year-to-date, sales sit at 525 — down 12.2% from the same point in 2025 — with the average price down 5.5% to $535,717.
