Windsor-Essex market report

Windsor-Essex closed out 2025 with 261 residential sales in December, down about 7% from a year earlier, even as new residential listings rose 13.6% to 459. The average residential sale price fell to $524,840 (−9.6% year-over-year) and the median dropped to $474,250. For the full year, average price landed at $568,822 — down 1.6% from 2024 — on 5,006 total sales.
