Windsor-Essex market report

Windsor-Essex recorded 428 residential sales in August 2026, down about 9% from a year earlier, while the average residential sale price held essentially flat at $563,971, off just 0.1% year-over-year. The median price eased 1.9% to $515,000, and new listings pulled back 3.3% to 1,127. Year-to-date, the average price sits at $556,676, down 2.9% from the same point in 2025.
