Windsor-Essex market report

Windsor-Essex saw 437 residential sales in April 2026, down about 4% from a year earlier, while new residential listings climbed 8.2% to 1,333 — a sign more sellers are testing the market. The average residential sale price eased slightly to $572,150 (−1.1% year-over-year) and the median held flat at $550,000. Year-to-date, the average price sits at $552,372, down 3.8% from the same point in 2025.
